-BEST PLAYED ON FULL SCREEN-

Hi everyone and welcome to my GMTK Game Jam entry.

This time, the theme  was Roll of the Dice and I made a very simple 3v3 turn based game with luck as the main mechanic.

Note: This is an endless game.

RULES

-At the start of each battle you will be granted an additional 7 chips.

-At the start of the round you get to roll a Giant Dice that will award you chips based on it's number. 

-You can bet if the dice will show an even or an odd number or alternatively you could not bet at all . 

-If you win the bet you will be awarded Double the amount of chips, but if you lose the bet you will get only Half of the chips you were suppose to be getting.

-After the roll  the turns will take place, cycling  between all the characters and showing the available Abilities . 

-Each ability will require a certain Amount of chips to be performed (if you don't have any Chips you can press the little arrow in the right to pass the current character turn). 

-When you press on an ability arrows will appear showing the available targets of that ability.

ABILITIES

-Abilities require a click on the ability itself and then, while selected, another click on a target (Available Targets will be indicated using a floating arrow above their heads )-

Fist = Melee Attack 

Gun = Ranged Attack 

Shield = Guard (Increased Defense)

Cross = Heal an Alley

Arrow = Pass the Current Character's Turn

Fun art style and animations, could've used clearer iconography. As someone else commented, I thought I was softlocked at one point.

It seems like you must bet at some point to break the "pass" limit so you can heal yourself, but it's also very possible to lose every single one of those bets. Are there any different enemies, or is it always 3 guys with the same abilities?

I'd love to find a way to avoid the scenario of "Oh, I lost the bet, I have to live with this for the next minute now and hope I get more later." Instead of getting excited for the next bet, I was excited to no longer go through the motions of trying to survive the round and kill at least 1 enemy.

That was cool! although betting wrong seemed like it gave me tons of chips anyway. Also, animations are a bit slow

Really liked the graphics! At first skipping an ability was a bit misleading since you had to click the white arrow and then click again the person you want to skip but other then that really cool game and concept keep it up!

Yeah... That was because I didn't wanted for players to misclick a button. That's why all the buttons need 2 presses each. But overall thank you, now I might add in the description an explanation of all the buttons.

Cool music, nice animations but, if I run out of chips on my turn I get softlocked out of the game.

Well no, the little arrow in the right is for skipping a characters turn, you know if you want to hold on to your chips for the next round or if you don't have any

I tried clicking that before, but it didn't work (might be a rare bug).

After you click it you will need to click your character again to actually pass their turn (there is suppose to be a floating arrow above the current player's head). I just updated the description, feel free to read that as well. Thank you so much for your feedback, I wanted to have a tuturial about all these thing but unfortunately didn't got enough time.
